Adenike Omolara (Lara) Adefisayo is a Graduate Research Assistant with the Behavior Alliance of South Carolina and a PhD student in Learning Sciences at Clemson University. Her research explores the intersection of AI literacy, socio-emotional development, and equity in education, with a focus on empowering underrepresented youth through culturally relevant STEM learning experiences. Lara holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Education and Instructional Technology from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Türkiye. Prior to graduate school, Lara worked in Türkiye as an instructional designer and educator.
