Socially Valid Behavior Support Plans for Students with Autism

Educators and administrators are invited to participate in the series to learn more about supporting students with autism and developing and implementing socially valid, evidence-based, function-based individualized behavior support plans. All educators who support students with autism and the administrators who support them are invited to participate.

This virtual ECHO series is designed for all educators who support students with autism, and all administrators who support teachers or who support students with autism

This professional learning opportunity is an 8-part virtual ECHO series brought to you by the Behavior Alliance of South Carolina (BASC), in conjunction with the Organization for Autism Research. Note: IRB approval #IRB2025-0183

All Participants will be eligible to receive SC Renewal Credit Hours for their participation in this series. The first 50 participants who register will be eligible for compensation of $100.

Participants may choose from one of two opportunities to engage in this series (same series repeated twice). Each series consists of 8 sessions, each 60 minutes in length.

Series 1: Thursdays, October 16, 2025 – December 10, 2025 from 12:00-1:00 pm EST
(10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/6, 11/13, 11/20, no session on 11/27, 12/4, 12/11)

Series 2: Thursdays, January 15, 2026 – March 8, 2026 from 12:00-1:00 pm EST
(1/15, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5)

This Back to School professional learning is a 5-part virtual ECHO series is brought to you by the Behavior Alliance of South Carolina (BASC), in conjunction with the South Carolina Partnerships for Inclusion (SCPI), the Academic Alliance of South Carolina (AASC), and the Transition Alliance of South Carolina (TASC).

Participants will be eligible to receive SC Renewal Credit Hours for their participation in this series.

This ECHO Series has 5 sessions, each 60 minutes in length, from 12:30-1:30PM on 5 consecutive Tuesdays beginning August 12 (8/12, 8/19, 8/26, 9/2, and 9/9).
