Our leadership team exists to ensure all project-related work is aligned to our scope of work, to give leadership to the overall direction of the work, and to ensure all project tasks are completed accurately and within a reasonable timeline. We gather at least twice a month to review information and continue to ensure the work moves forward.
The Behavior Alliance’s work is made possible thanks to a team of powerhouse individuals who work together to ensure the work is executed across the entire state. Our talented individuals support the state’s regions, aligned with our funder’s model of regional support, to ensure behavior-related work has the proper contextual support across South Carolina.
Our alliance isn’t the first to tackle behavior-related concerns at the state level. As a result, to ensure we learn from experts inside South Carolina for context and folks who have led behavior-related work outside of South Carolina at state and national levels, our board exists to help provide us honest feedback based on the trajectory of our work. Our Advisory Board meets twice annually to give us feedback on our project trajectory, give us advice, and ensure we are working strategically to implement our project objectives.
