Building Routines, Relationships, and Resilience:
August 18 – September 15, 2026 | Tuesdays | 12:30-1:30 PM ET | Virtual via Zoom (hosted through iECHO)
Start the school year with practical strategies that help create supportive, engaging learning environments where students and educators can thrive.
This free, five-part virtual ECHO series brings together classroom teachers, administrators, instructional coaches, paraprofessionals, teaching assistants, and other school personnel to learn, collaborate, and problem-solve around common school-based experiences. Through interactive, case-based learning, participants will explore evidence-based practices that support positive relationships, proactive classroom systems, and effective responses to challenging behavior.
Throughout the series, participants will explore practical strategies for:
- Building partnerships with families
- Creating supportive classroom environments
- Fostering positive interactions and peer relationships
- Understanding the purpose of student behavior
- Preventing and responding to challenging behavior
- Implementing function-based behavior supports
Series Objectives
By participating in this series, educators will:
- Design proactive systems for family engagement, classroom organization, positive interactions, and peer support that establish the conditions for a successful school year.
- Develop sustainable, evidence-based approaches for understanding and responding to challenging behavior that promote resilience for both students and educators.
While each session offers valuable learning, participants are encouraged to attend all five sessions whenever possible. The collaborative community of practice is strengthened through consistent participation, allowing educators to build relationships, learn from one another, and engage in meaningful discussion throughout the series.

This collaborative professional learning opportunity is planned and hosted by the Behavior Alliance of South Carolina (BASC) at Clemson University and the South Carolina Partnerships for Inclusion (SCPI) at the University of South Carolina, using the Project ECHO® model and iECHO platform.
SC Renewal Credit Hours are available through the Behavior Alliance of South Carolina (BASC), an approved provider of renewal credit through the South Carolina Department of Education. Eligible participants who meet participation requirements may earn renewal credit.
